Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, goods may be returned in the original condition & packaging to our head office address within 28 days for a full refund (minus postage costs). We do recommend that you obtain proof of postage on any returns which is free from the Post Office.

How do I return any faulty or damaged goods?

Please see our terms & conditions page for damaged goods. For faulty goods received or products failing within our normal warranty period please contact us.

What is the minimum order value I can place online?

This is the same as our standard minimum order policy (ex VAT):

  • UK (Mainland) : 125
  • Carriage will be charged at 8.50 (between 125 and 199.99)
  • UK (Mainland) Carriage Paid: 200
  • Non Mainland (inc N.Ireland, Channel Isles, Irish Republic ) minimum order value is 400. (Euro 450)
Due to high cost of carriage we cannot accept non mainland orders below 400 /Euro 450 (unless agreed by prior arrangement)

What do I do if I cannot meet your minimum order value?

Contact us for a list of suppliers in your area. Alternatively we have customers who operate e-Bay and/or web sites with our products who will probably be able to supply you what you require.

What will the delivery time be on my order?

We will try to deliver your order the next working day following dispatch. Please allow 1 working day for delivery-longer for non mainland deliveries. Pallet deliveries may take 1 extra working day. During busier periods we try aim to deliver within 3-5 days of receipt of order.

Can I check my delivery status online?

Yes-if sent via our normal parcel courier (interLink). For exact delivery detail please phone or e-mail as below.

Who do I contact if I have any problems or queries with my order?

 

What happens to goods I have ordered but not in stock?

For retail (public) orders: we will only deliver and charge for lines in stock.

For trade (account) customers) depending on your choice we will cross off or back order any lines not available.

How will I know if lines are not available?

You will be notified at check out and asked to cancel nil stock lines from order. Please contact us for availability details.

How often is the site updated?

Product detail, stock levels, pricing etc are updated overnight. For new account set up you may have to wait to the following day before you can log on.

Can I order any product quantity?

It is not economical for us to break down orders to non pack quantity multiples and risk of damages is reduced with standard pack sizes. Minimum order per line will be the pack size (eg 6) and multiples thereof (eg 12, 18, 24 etc). If you order non pack quantities (eg 8) the web site will warn you and give revised quantity-this will be rounded up (eg to 12) but you can override and round down if required.
